Turca Food is specialized in exporting and supplying Antep Pistachio grown in Gaziantep/Turkey.
We export/supply our processor partners pistachios to 8 different countries.
The company processes world’s highest quality and most delicious, first class pistachios through best quality equipment and hygienic facilities and professional stuff.
We process raw pistachios, different qualities of roasted salted pistachio, pistachio kernels and powdered pistachio products are being manufactured by qualified personnel and offered to the domestic and international market.
Production and materials that we use
We use 5 different techniques to catch the good quality;
- Stone sifting
- Crushing unit
- Chelling and dehulling unit
- Classification and callibration unit
- Vacuum paking units
- We Generally use Siirt and Gaziantep pistachio inshell.
- Available machine SORTEKS machine.
Loading and Packing and lead time
- 1 20 box 10-12 mton and 1 40 feet 20 mton we load
- 5 and 10 kg vacuum we do. As well as we do private packimg 250gr -500gr and 1 kg
- 10 kg box with pallets or bulk loading we do in the containers
- Lead time depends on the order average 2-3 weeks
